Sean Roach is actively involved in both the Las Vegas community and San Diego community, particularly through his involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America where he serves as a member on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Chapter.

Sean knows that good habits established early in life will help young people rise above any socio-economic circumstance they may have to deal with in their young lives. Big Brothers Big Sisters of America has a rich legacy dating back to 1904. Sean is dedicated to helping keep a wonderful tradition alive in his chosen hometown.

Just as steel sharpens steel, Sean also knows that young people with big ideas and the right resources can help each other become accomplished and successful.  Mr. Roach has been involved with a number of projects and events that have successfully helped other young leaders make those important business connections.  Sean has also helped local San Diego businesses learn how to effectively market their products and services to a rising niche of significant clientele. Sean Roach believes in sharing his own business experience to help others realize their goals.  Sean can accomplish this through speaking engagements, mentoring, and leading by example.

Chesapeake Bay Retriever Relief & Rescue Sean grew up with these amazing dogs and this made him want to help where he could. And lastly,  The International Dyslexia Association Growing up with a "Learning Disability" but not knowing about it is tough, finding out it is Dyslexia THAT IS A GIFT.
